If you’re going on holiday, you always make sure you’ve packed everything, but what about travel apps? Sometimes we forget just how versatile our phones and smart devices are however we shouldn’t – they can hold the key to having a memorable, well-planned holiday. Plus, the apps that are now available can eliminate all those extra gadgets and books you used to have to cart around with you.

Here’s 11 of our favourite travel apps that you must download next time you go on holiday. Simply search for them in your app program on your device.

When you’re overseas, it can be hard to keep a track of how much you’re spending and what the conversion is. 3. Google Translate
