Welcome to Beijing, the capital of China! On arrival, your tour guide will meet you before escorting you to your hotel. Due to your early arrival in Beijing, your room has been booked for the night before so that you can go straight to your room after check-in. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and the rest of the day is free for you to relax or head outdoors to explore.

17 Nov 2019 - Beijing (B, L)

Today, your tour guide will accompany you to enjoy a city tour of Beijing. Passing through Tiananmen Square, you will head to the Forbidden City, which is the grandest integral palace complex remaining in China. Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely walk inside the Summer Palace - the largest and most well-preserved royal park in China.

18 Nov 2019 - Beijing (B, L)

No China tour is complete without a visit to the Great Wall. Today, you will visit the Mutianyu Great Wall (including round-trip cable car), which is approx a 2-hour drive from Beijing. Enjoy time walking around this ancient defensive architecture before visiting Chang Liang, the largest and best preserved of the Ming Tombs near Beijing. On your return to Beijing, you'll stopover at a jade gallery.

19 Nov 2019 - Beijing - Xi'an (B, L)

After breakfast, you'll visit the Temple of Heaven, where you can explore the religious buildings, but also watch the locals do their morning exercises. If you are interested, you could try Tai Chi, by watching and following the movements of the locals in the group. In the afternoon, you'll head to Xi'an by high-speed train, which will take about 6 hours. Upon arrival in Xi'an, you'll be met and transferred to your hotel for check-in.

20 Nov 2019 - Xi'an (B, L)

Today, you will uncover the mystery of the underground army of Terracotta Warriors, which is comprised of thousands of vivid life-sized warriors and horses. Continue on to visit the Xi'an Art Ceramics Factory and then back to the city to visit Muslim Street and the Great Mosque.

21 Nov 2019 - Xi'an - Guilin (B, L)

This morning, you will visit the Ancient City Wall firstly and then the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, where you can take part in an interesting Chinese calligraphy class. After the tour, head to the airport for your flight to Guilin, Upon arrival in Guilin, your tour guide and driver will escort you to your hotel for check-in.

22 Nov 2019 - Giulin - Yangshuo (B, L)

After breakfast, proceed to the pier for the Li River Cruise down to Yangshuo. During the cruise, immerse yourself in the picturesque scenery formed by towering peaks, crystal-clear water and reflections in the water. After checking-in to your hotel in Yangshuo,you might enjoy awalk through bustling West Street.

23 Nov 2019 - Yangshuo - Guilin (B, L)

Enjoy the most charming section of the countryside in Yangshuo by vehicle, before driving to Guilin to visit the Reed Flute Cave and a pearl shop. After the tour, you could enjoy some leisure time to explore the downtown of your own.

24 Nov 2019 - Guilin - Chongquing (B, D)

After breakfast, head to the railway station for your high-speed train to Chongqing, which will take about 5 hours. On arrival in Chongquing, your driver will pick you up to enjoy your dinner at a local restaurant, before transferring you to the dock to check-in for your Yangtze River Cruise. The ship usually departs Chongqing at 9:00pm.

25 Nov 2019 - Yangtze Rover Cruise (B, L, D)

Enjoy a leisure morning watching the impressive scenery go by. In the afternoon, enjoy a shore excursion to Shibaozhai, which was built according to the natural element of the mountain, which makes it both unique and peculiar.

Optional excursion - if you are interested in Chinese ghost culture, you could take a morning shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City (additional charge).

26 Nov 2019 -Yangte River Cruise (B, L, D)

Continue your Yangtze River cruise today. In the afternoon, you'll transfer to a wooden flat bottom boat into Shennv Stream to see the breathtaking scenery on both sides.

Optional excursion - This morning you can enjoy a shore excursion to White Emporer City (additional charge).

27 Nov 2019 - Yichang - Shanghai (B, L)

Disembark the ship in Yichang, then take a shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam - a must-see wonder of engineering in modern times. Before heading to the airport for your flight to Shanghai, you'll have a quick glimpse of the city. On arrival in Shanghai tonight, you'll be transferred to the hotel for check-in.

28 Nov 2019 - Shanghai (B, L)

In Shanghai, you'll visit the Shanghai Museum, followed by Yu Garden, Yuyan Market, a silk workshop and the Former French Concession. Finally, stroll around the Bund where you can get a microcosm of old Shanghai dating back to the 1920s.

29 Nov 2019 - Depart Shanghai (B)

Today you'll be transferred to the airport for your international flight back home.
