DAY ONE – ARRIVE ADELAIDE
It has been called the ‘foodie capital’ of Australia, and today you will find out why. Start your food adventure in the buzzy city of Adelaide, with paddock to plate dining, premium wine and local craft beer, plus an array of attractions on your doorstep. Check in to your accommodation and explore.

DAY TWO – LEISURE DAY
There is a lot to do in Adelaide, and today is yours to spend at your leisure. Take in the sights, visit one of many museums and galleries, or hop on a tram to the seaside suburb of Glenelg for lunch and boutique shopping.

DAY THREE – ADELAIDE AND MCLAREN VALE
Your private three-day tour of Australia’s iconic wine regions begins today, starting with beautiful McLaren Vale. Located 40 kilometres south of Adelaide, McLaren Vale is home to sustainable winegrowing, world class wines and fresh local produce – not to mention its pristine natural beauty.  Here you will enjoy private tastings at Wirra Wirra, Darenburge, and Corliole, before winding your way up to the scenic Adelaide Hills to Longview Winery.

DAY FOUR – ADELAIDE HILLS AND BAROSSA VALLEY
Your wine tasting experience continues in the Adelaide Hills. With its cooler climate, you will experience the region’s crisp white wines along with lighter reds at some of the best wineries including Hahndorf Hill and Shaw & Smith. This afternoon you will make your way to the Barossa Valley and your overnight accommodation.

DAY FIVE – BAROSSA VALLEY AND ADELAIDE
The Barossa Valley is a very special place - with renowned produce, local foodie culture, and renowned winemakers to choose from, you will be spoiled for choice. The Barossa is home to an amazing array of wineries, such as Rockfords, St Halletts, Murray Street Vineyards, Langmeil and Peter Lehmann Wines to name just a few. You will enjoy private tastings and a few surprises along the way. Return to Adelaide late afternoon.

DAY SIX – BOARD THE INDIAN PACIFIC IN ADELAIDE
Once you’ve checked out of your accommodation this morning, you journey continues aboard the iconic Indian Pacific. Leaving the city of Adelaide, watch as the landscape changes dramatically as you venture deep into the remote outback to arrive in Broken Hill.

Connect with the town’s famous artists, its mining heritage and cinematic legacy with a choice of unique, immersive Off Train Excursions.
