Your seven nights' getaway to French Polynesia includes a five-day stay in a 4-star resort in Moorea, pre- and post-Moorea overnight stays in Tahiti’s capital Papeete, flights, transfers and helpful meet-and-greets.
Moorea has the pristine beauty of Bora Bora 50 years ago minus the crowds – enjoy walks down secluded white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and snorkelling, verdant forests ripe for walks and a host of cultural and on-land activities. The island is also visited by humpback whales, pods of dolphins besides shoals of colourful tropical fish flitting about the almost-luminous coral gardens.
Overnight Resort
Main resort
Day 1: Depart from Sydney/Brisbane to Auckland (ask for other cities), from where a connecting flight will see you landing in Papeete, the capital of Tahiti and Her Islands. You’ll be greeted with a flower lei by our friendly local representative, who will help you aboard the coach transfer to the overnight resort.
Day 2: The next day, after a coach transfer to the pier, a catamaran ride will have you safely on the shores of Moorea. Winding amongst the forested islands and colourful reefs, the catamaran ride is the perfect trailer of the fabulous holiday you’ll come to treasure. A short coach ride later, you’ll be welcomed at the resort with warm smiles and inimitable hospitality.
The next five days are up to you. Choose to spend it exploring the island of Moorea and its powdery white sand beaches, lush green forests, flower gardens, villages and more – or relax by the beach with a good book under the shade of swaying palm tree. The resort also has a massive 7,500 sq foot infinity pool – made perfect with a chilled glass of white wine, of course. Ask our travel experts on tours and activities tailor-made for your interests, there are loads. Also, you can easily upgrade your garden view room to a garden pool bungalow, beach bungalow or a classic overwater bungalow. Just ask and it shall be so!
Day 6: From the resort, you’ll be transferred to the pier via a coach ride. The catamaran will sail to back to Papeete (we know the feeling!), where another coach will drop you at the overnight resort.
Day 7: A friendly local rep will greet you with a shell lei so you have a memento of your tropical island getaway and drop you to the international airport via a coach transfer. Happy flying and we hope to see you again!
