Day 1
On arrival at Sydney Airport you will be transferred to your hotel (flights anytime). The rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 2
After a morning at leisure, join your Driver Guide onboard your coach to see the sights of the city. Travel through the historic Rocks district, a lively and popular spot brimming with boutique stores, art galleries and restaurants. Next stop is Mrs. Macquarie's Chair in the Royal Botanic Gardens, for spectacular views of the Sydney Opera House. Continue east to the entrance of Sydney Harbour, known as the Gap, which will give you breathtaking views of the coastline. Your destination is Bondi Beach. You can wander along the shoreline and dip your toes in the cool clear water. Return to the city where early evening you'll dine in the heart of downtown CBD at the Sydney Tower Restaurant. Enjoy banquet-style dining experience with uninterrupted revolving views of one of the world's most picturesque cities. After dinner you are free to do as you choose.
Day 3
You'll be treated to magnificent views of the Hawkesbury River on your way to explore the fertile Hunter Valley and taste award-winning regional food and wine. Enjoy private vineyard inspections and learn of the winemaking process. Purchase some wines or just enjoy the beautiful Australian countryside. At the first vineyard experience a guided tour to learn about the winemaking process, while sampling some of their award-winning wines. Then visit Hunter Resort and enjoy a presentation on how the winery operates. Your lunch will be complemented by specially chosen wines. Further tastings include a visit to McGuigan Wines, with its history in wine-making dating back to the 1800s. Your last stop is the Hunter Valley Gardens Village, a quaint little township within the Hunter Valley, where you'll have free time to explore its many hidden delights. You also have the opportunity for tastings at the Hunter Valley Cellars.
Day 4
Your short break concludes this morning after breakfast. You'll be transferred to Sydney Airport for with your onward flight (flights anytime).
